Shipping & Returns
For Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast metro delivery, free delivery applies to orders with a net minimum value of $3500
For interstate delivery, free delivery applies to orders with a net minimum value of $4500 for customers booking delivery including metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, ACT and Adelaide.
Tasmania, Western Australia & Northern Territory are excluded from the Interstate Free Delivery offer.
Items that are over 150kg that are eligible to be delivered interstate may incur an additional surcharge.
Free delivery offer is only valid for one delivery per order.
Free Delivery is subject to Cema Concrete Living standards delivery conditions, delivery days per zone and lead-times.
Free delivery is to the nearest TNT depot.
Assembly not included.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery to qualify for free delivery.
Deliveries take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
For deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:
• Queensland- Approximately 1-3 business days
• Sydney, Melbourne – Approximately 2-7 business days
• Adelaide, Perth – Approximately 3-10 business days
Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.
3. All Interstate Removalist deliveries have a lead time of 2-4 weeks from despatch, with estimated arrival times provided to customers by the delivery company directly.
Unless specifically quoted our delivery does not include delivery above a ground floor level, unpacking, assembly & arrangement of furniture or removal of packaging or delivery to construction sites. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery & that items purchased will fit through doorways & gates or additional fees may be payable at time of delivery.
Where particular delivery requirements are to be quoted, Cema Concrete Living will endeavor to obtain a quote for these services, unforeseen delivery circumstances that may arise will be charged accordingly via transport company if applicable
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case of an item arriving broken or faulty, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can investigate. We may request photos of the faulty/broken item to help us better understand the situation.
PLEASE NOTE – It is important that you inspect the items when the delivery arrives. If there are obvious signs of damage to outer packaging, do not accept delivery or sign for receipt and please email us at email@example.com
